Qian Ren Xue’s eyes didn’t have the desire of conquering him anymore. If there were something, it could only be the cold murderous intention. If she weren’t a god, she would have been killed by the Guanyin’s Tear. She couldn’t understand how her god body couldn’t endure that one strike. Recovering the heart wasn’t easy to a god, too. The pain wasn’t less than when she had taken the Angel God’s heritance. Anyhow, the angels weren’t famous for their recovery ability. She could only use her tremendous god power to regenerate her heart. This process had been torturing her for three days. Concurrently, she took the pain to nurture her murderous intention to the never-seen-peak. That was how she could chase after Tang San with all her force.

As Tang San had guessed, Qian Ren Xue did leave a streak of divine sense on him when they were fighting at the Star Dou Forest. This was the Angelic God’s divine sense. Although it didn’t hurt him, she could use this streak to find him no matter where he was on this continent.

God is God. Tang San, who was at level ninety-six, had been running for his life for two and a half days. But Qian Ren Xue just needed four hours to catch him. It included the time she took to recover her god power after healing her heart. This meant she spent only two hours to travel thousands of li and reach him.

“It’s stunning! Qian Ren Xue, you look powerfully majestic. Is it the holy weapon you got when you became the Angelic God?”

Tang San looked up at the sky. This time, the cage was still made from gold light, but it was pellucid. He could see Qian Ren Xue hovering in the air, but the Angelic Domain had started to devour his spirit power.

Qian Ren Xue coldly said:

“True; it’s the armor of the Angelic God. With your current capacity, you could see the difference between us, I assumed. Even if you put all your power to confront me, you just can’t do it. You are close to your goal, what a pity you don’t have any other chance. You’re the successor of the Sea God, how could I let you go back to the vast sea! Go meet your death!”

Qian Ren Xue didn’t want to talk more to Tang San as she was afraid that her murderous intention could be shaken. She slowly rose the Angel Sword in her hands. Both of the gauntlets started to project numerous light beams that looked like many small Angel Swords had accumulated at once.

Something strange happened. Besides where Qian Ren Xue was hovering, the sky was darkened. The sunlight was narrowed, shining only on the handle of the Angel Sword. A tremendous power burst out, covering Qian Ren Xue in a curtain of pure gold light. A horrifying thunderstorm-liked strike from the Angel God associated with her god power; no one knew how intimidating it could be.

Tang San, of course, wouldn’t stand there waiting to die. He was well aware that he could hold this strike. Dark nimbus started to emerge on the Clear Sky Hammer, which had just appeared in his left hand. All eight spirit rings were recovered. The eighth spirit ring glowed right when Qian Ren Xue had raised her Angel Sword. Instantaneously, the Sea God Trident bloomed out a dazzling gold circle.
Qian Ren Xue wasn’t the old her from three days ago, so was Tang San. Although he couldn’t promote his god power through the Angelic Armament just like what Qian Ren Xue was doing now, the Sea God’s weapon – the Sea God Trident, had fused with him fully.

The pattern on the Sea God Trident was expanding rapidly. In a short moment, it could open half of the Angelic Domain. Then, the Clear Sky Hammer on Tang San’s left hand swung as he didn’t aim for Qian Ren Xue, but the ground under his feet.

The first spirit ability was released. The pure black Clear Sky Hammer inaudibly came into the ground. Tang San disappeared together with the Angel Sword, which was gathering god power in mid-air, in an attempt to hack down.

The gold shadow of the sword was like it could open the sky and tear the earth apart. Right when the gold light sword impacted with the ground, it created no sound. But the ground was cracking violently, making a massive deep hole. Space was twisted. Countless rock and soil were melted under the powerful heat of the Sun. This strike was truly a god attack. It was called the Solar Sacred Sword, the unique, powerful ability of the Angelic God due to its explosive ability.

The Six-winged Angelic God had a major holy attribute and a minor flame attribute. Qian Ren Xue’s Angel Sword had burst out the two great attributes using the Solar power, hacking down on the ground, covering an area of over five hundred meters. A deep, massive hole appeared on the ground after the gold light wiped out. Moreover, it was expanding as the soil there was covered with devouring gold light.

The moment when the Solar Sacred Sword chopped down on the ground, Qian Ren Xue was gloomy as she thought Tang San couldn’t escape this strike.

Nevertheless, he was the only man she liked, and she was killing him now. This pain was nibbling her soul. She knew very well that Tang San was her biggest flaw. Killing him now made this flaw even bigger. No one could understand this.

However, she didn’t keep her gloomy face for long. Seeing the deep pit that kept on expanding on the ground, Qian Ren Xue’s expression suddenly halted.

Right when the Solar Sacred Sword cut the ground, she had to retrieve her divine sense to prevent the terrifying Solar Pure Flame from damaging her sense. After the power of the Solar Sacred Sword had washed over, her divine sense automatically detached from her body. She found out that the aura she had used her divine to track down still existed. It wasn’t perished but dashing rapidly to the shore.

How could it be? Her original intention vanished. She peered at the ground where she couldn’t find any trail of Tang San, beaming a smile of relief that she almost forgot the painful feelings she just had.

Tang San didn’t die. His aura is still there. He is running. He didn’t die. But Qian Ren Xue quickly awakened from her silly joy, her cheerful face ceased. I intended to kill him. But why my heart feels joy when I know he didn’t die? Through death and life, his position in my heart is getting more important. Qian Ren Xue frowned. She understood that if this continued, she would hurt herself before she could kill Tang San.

She suddenly sped up, plunging down to the ground. Tang San, with such a trick, only you could do that!

How could Tang San dodge the Solar Sacred Sword’s strike? It looked impossible, but actually, it was simple. He only used one spirit ability to escape the attack range of the Solar Sacred Sword.

Tang San had never been a person who’d like to waste time. During his two days of trying to escape, he didn’t stop thinking. He would never expect that Qian Ren Xue couldn’t catch him. Careful preparation is what a wise man does. That was why he always thought of what to do in case Qian Ren Xue could catch him. Then, he had come up with a plan.

Flying in the sky isn’t the best choice, Qian Ren Xue could chase after me. She is the Angelic God, of course, she could fly better than me. I will burrow!

Among his seventeen spirit rings of the twin spirits, only one of them had a connection with the earth. Only one, but enough. It was the first spirit ring of the Clear Sky Hammer that Giant Titan Ape had sacrificed for him, which was a one hundred thousand years spirit ring. It granted him two spirit abilities, but he never used them before. He usually only used the ability from the Giant Titan Ape’s left arm spirit bones.

This spirit ring granted two spirit abilities, which were the Titan Hammer and the Earth Force, an attack ability and an auxiliary ability respectively. Tang San had tried the power of the Titan Hammer. This one hundred thousand years spirit ability was tremendous, even more, powerful than the Great Sumeru Hammer when he had broken the first spirit ring. However, the time it needed to gather power was short; it couldn’t attack continuously. The Earth Force was totally auxiliary.

It could control the power of the earth if associated with the Titan Hammer and other boosting attributes, and the power of the Clear Sky Hammer, it could be the strongest major attack ability among Tang San’s spirit abilities.

Right now, Tang San didn’t use those two spirit abilities to destroy anything; he just controlled the earth force.

The name of Titan, from the ancient time of Douluo Continent, represented the God of the Earth. Giant Titan Ape had another name, which was the Son of the Earth. This was an important reason why the Giant Titan Ape could be the king of the spirit forest, becoming the peak spirit beast. Blue Silver Emperor could control only the Blue Silver Grass, but the Giant Titan Ape could perform well wherever it had soil. The difference was obvious.

After Tang San had released the first spirit ability, he burrowed himself into the ground. Then, he activated the flying ability of the Blue Silver Emperor’s right thigh spirit bone to dash under the ground using the power of earth force to clear off the obstacles. At the same time, he had used the Gravity Control of the left arm’s spirit bone to reduce his weight. Thanks to his good management between forces, he could dash under the ground as easy as he was flying in the air. He quickly left the battlefield.

The Angelic God was the one who controlled the sky. Qian Ren Xue couldn’t use her god power to make her Angelic Domain became effective underground. When Tang San had escaped the bind of her domain, he started to run away. However, a gleam of the Solar Sacred Sword still cut him. The scorching feeling almost melted his body. Lucky for him, the god level Eight Spider Lances had dissolved this ancient pure flame.

When he got out of Qian Ren Xue’s attack range, Tang San didn’t hesitate, speeding up madly and plunging to the vast sea. By the time Qian Ren Xue recognized, he had been running over ten thousand meters away.

Qian Ren Xue always admired Tang San. In her eyes, Tang San was like a bottomless cave. If you force him, or when he is in a life-threatening situation, he could create miracles. No doubt the biggest surprise he had given her was the Guanyin’s Tear that pierced through her heart. Currently, Tang San had startled Qian Ren Xue by running underground. Qian Ren Xue was aware of what Tang San understood. Her fighting ability would reduce dramatically underground.

Tang San still felt Qian Ren Xue’s aura above his head. He knew that she was watching him from above, but he didn’t know when she would launch the second attack. Her divine sense had entirely subdued his mental power that he couldn’t sense any useful information.

Being in a blind alley, Tang San immediately made up his mind. His body suddenly burrowed deeper into the ground, pouring his spirit power into the Clear Sky Hammer and plunging to the deep layers of the earth. Once he reached a certain depth, he could use the thick layer of soil to stop Qian Ren Xue’s sensing.

Maintaining the earth force had wasted a lot of his spirit power, but it was the only way he could escape.

Tang San could tolerate the pressure pretty well. Although the pressure of earth was much more than water, concurrently, he could still withstand it. When Qian Ren Xue was about to strike another attack, Tang San was five hundred meters deep down in the ground. With this distance, even if Qian Ren Xue could strike out her attack, Tang San would use his sturdy body and the shock transmission of the ground to hold her attack. Qian Ren Xue couldn’t hurt him there.

Qian Ren Xue clenched her teeth. Excellent, Tang San! You are so cunning! But even if you are under the ground, do you really think that you could escape me? She understood that if Tang San could enter the sea from underground, she couldn’t do anything to harm him. The Earth could prevent her power, but it couldn’t be compared with the sea. The sea is the Sea God’s territory where Tang San could boost his attributes to the peak. I’m not sure my divine sense could continue chasing after him there. Qian Ren Xue determined to catch Tang San before he could reach the shore.

#1 p/s did you notice I just copied and pasted this? ha ha ha. It’s Sunday and I’m getting as lazy as a sloth.

#2 I’ve read the Ghost: Catch the Ghosts and it constantly sends shivers down my spine. It’s a good novel to read while it’s raining outside and you are alone with a flashlight and a blanket. Here you go, good luck, mates!

  1. I don’t believe in ghost cuz i’ve never encounter them. Back at 2012 (the same time that shitty doomsday movie lol) i used to go back from work at 12 to 3 am. I rode my bike throught a small forested contry-side and pass an open graveyard. Never felt anything wrong. Except the cold of the night lol. So i’ll pass the ghost catch ghost, miss! Peace lol

    1. Lucky you, you’re insensitive to ghost. Fortunately, me too haha. I can sense a heavy feeling when I pass a ‘high dense’ ghost territory, but I’ve never seen one. Like in my grandma’s old house, there is one room that empty, only has one bed with no mattress. Someone who can ‘see’ a ghost or ‘other world creature’ said this room contain about ten thousand djinn (djinn is different with ghost), from grand grand grand grand elder until grand grand grand son. And before I know that, I always feel very heavy whenever I pass that room. So, why are we talking about ghost? Haha. Oh tomato talked about catch the ghost. It’s still under 100 chapter so I won’t read it :p

      1. Djinn/spirit do exist though. They’re astral creature. But no ghost. And djinn only bother you if you’re afraid. They sense us only through our mental link. So when we’re afraid, from their perspektif they seem to see a breezing spot and get closer to us which send chill down our spine it was because our mental condition were weak cuz we’re afraid. So don’t be afraid! Find a djinn at an arabic lamp and summon him. Tell me if he’s like aladin’s friend Lololol

        1. Ghost stories is a big part of every asian cultures such as Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, etc. I found they are interesting to stir up someone’s boring life. I’ve read many ghost stories since I was young (I’m still young!). I have started with some manga like Jigoku Sensei Nube (a teacher who has a claw that could catch and destroy ghosts), Uzumaki (the vortex), etc. Then I’ve started to read chinese horror stories. Highly recommended: Ghost blows out the candle and Gui Gu Nu’s novels!

          1. Okay then i’ll try with ghost blow the candle. I used to watch some horror movie, but mostly only give you surprise like sudden pop up shadow from behind. But guesable. I used to watch those before:
            1. Peemak (thai)
            2. Forbidden shrine (jap)
            3. Ju on (jap)
            4. Silent hill 1 (us)
            5. Kuntil anak (the one with suzana as main start)(ina)

The one impress me the most is no. 1. Cuz it’s funny, weird and a bit surprising. Lol
